Teknomac TK260 is a machine for surging the border of mattresses
TK 260 MACHINE DESCRIPTION
AUTOMATIC MACHINE TO SURGE THE BORDER OF THE MATTRESS IN THE 2 SIDES AT THE SAME TIME.
Provided with:
- 2 overlocks (1 overlock right and 1 overlock left);
- 1 drive roll;
- 1 dancer at the entry (that also make the automatic material run out shutdown);
- 1 bobbin winder at the exit;
- Automatic thread break shutdown control;
- 1 potentiometer to adjust the speed of the overlocks and the driving roll.
- border width: cm min 10 / max 50
- thickness of the material: max 40 mm
- working speed of the overlock heads: max 6000 rpm 4.5 spi
- adjustable stitch length
