TK 207/P machine automatically quilts mattress borders using ultrasonic technology
MACHINE FEATURES:
Ultrasonic system for quilting mattress borders;
Can apply 3D fabric and tapes: several border styles can be designed by combining stretch fabric, 3D and tapes;
Roll holders with material run out stop devices and wind up;
Materials that can be used: synthetic bres like polyester and polypropylene and other materials that can be welded
using ultrasonics;
Yield: from 2 to 10 meters/minute depending on type of materials, thickness and quilt pattern.
