U23SX-DX TOTAL HUMIDIFIER WITH PRESS AT THE OUTLET
The machine can perfectly soften all types of leather thanks in part to the combined action of the humidifier tunnel and the press which reactivates and softens the toe. An operator places the uppers and lasts on trolleys (6 per load). In this way, the tacking-lasting operator only has to take care of removing the heat treated “product” as he needs to.
All the working parts of the machine can be adjusted:
– TUNNEL adjustable temperature from 0°- 220°C. – % Steam adjustable from 0 to 100
– PRESS upper buffer temperature adjustable from 120° – 200°C. Steam injection time adjustable from 0 – 9.9 sec.
Lower buffer temperature adjustable from 120° – 200°C
– PRODUCTION determined by the tracking operator max. 250 pairs/hour
