Ironing and stabilizing tunnel
TS24 – TS16/4 – 2 and 4 ways tunnel for ironing and stabilising footwear.
The high quality standard of work carried out by this machine is achieved by optimal orientation of the nozzles which provide the jets of hot air and steam, which are aimed directly on the parts of the footwear that are usually held by grippers and are uneven in appearance.
The parameters that the operator can adjust are as follows:
– Air temperature from 0 to 220°C
– Steam percentage from 0 to 100%
– Productive capacity: TS24 from 100 to 500 pairs in 8 h – TS16/4 from 400 to 800 pairs in 8 h
