  • Effective Front loading panel for collars and cuffs 1000mm 
  • Carbon graphite scraper blades with memory form, pneumatic belts tension and belts alignment with “No Stress” system.
  • 2 internal and external belt cleaning systems for easy and immediate maintenance.
  • Upper and lower heating system with 2 indipendent electronic thermostats (entry zone,preheating + exit zone) heating top with 9 resistive elements which allow the use of lower temperatures or of a shorter manufacturing time. Heating area length 900 mm.
  • System of resistance choking for a thotough uniformity of the working temperature
    • Pressure from 0 to 5 kg./sqcm
