HR PORKERT KL55/1 glove piqué machine

Our glove piqué machine PORKERT KL55/1 is especially suitable for sewing leather onto Kevlar cut protection gloves. With the presser foot design, the spring pressure of the presser foot can be easily adjusted for fine and heavier material (e.g. authority gloves).

Thus, all materials can be gently sewn at a high stitch rate. The slim cylinder with the fold-out needle plate enables perfect sewing of finger caps.

Thanks to the specially designed circular needle looper, even high-strength yarns of the latest production can be processed - with adjustable stitch lengths from 1 to 3.5 mm. Gloves sewn on the KL55/1 with its elastic double-chainstitch stand out due to their high wearing comfort.
