The step motor-controlled clamp lift ensures shorter cycletimes and thus increased efficiency. Furthermore, the easy operation and the simple adaptation of the bartack patterns to individual requirements allow flexible and fast sewing in light to medium weight fabric.

·         LCD Control panel. Convenient for editing, saving and recalling bartack shapes

·         Symbols as well as the simple design make the control panel very user-friendly. The standard bartacks can be rapidly adapted to the different applications and stored, if required. Furthermore, modified standard bartack patterns and sequence programs can be assigned to the favourite buttons so that they are quickly retrievable.

·         Short thread trimmer. The short thread trimmer enables a remaining thread length of only ~ 3 mm. This ensures that no separate trimming operation is required.

·         Conversion kit "Heavy" (optional). Superior quality, excellent performance

·         The optionally available conversion kit “Heavy” allows bartacking operations also in medium to heavy-weight materials.

·         The fully sealed internal lubrication mechanism prevents pollution of the sewing material. This also reduces the noise level during operation. The targeted distribution of the lubricants extends the service life and helps to save resources.

·         "Pattern Design Software" (optional). The optionla "Pattern Design Software" (parts-no. 0513 590024) enables easy and fast creation of individual tack patterns on the PC. The tack patterns can be easily transferred to the 513 control unit via an USB flash drive.

·         Contraction clamp (optional). Optional contraction clamp for buttonhole bartacks (part no. 513 590014) The automatic bartacker can optionally be equipped with a contraction clamp for bartacking buttonholes. When the clamp is lowered, the arms of clamp presses the buttonhole together. The buttonhole is thus perfectly closed after bartacking.

·         Versatile applications for bartacking oprations. The automatic bartacker 513 is equipped as standard with the clamping foot set no. 2, which is ideally suited for cross tacking in standard material. The clamping foot set no. 18 (part no. 0512 220184) for double D-tacking in piping pockets is optionally available

·         Stepper motor controlled clamp lifting. Short cycle time for higher efficiency due to stepper motor-controlled clamp release.

Examples of use

·         Pocket openings. Clamp foot set no. 18 (part no. 0512 220184) for double D-tack on piped pockets is available as an option.

·         Pocket flaps. The optional "Pattern Design Software" (part no. 0513 590024) allows easy and quick creation of individual tack patterns on the PC. The tack patterns can easily be transferred to the control unit of the 513 via USB stick.

·         Belt loops. The clamping foot set no. 20 (option, part no. 0512 220204) is predestined for tacking belt loops.The clamping foot set no. 2 (part no. 0512 220024) is suitable for standard crossbars and can be used for bar sizes up to max. 20.0 mm x 4.5 mm - for a wide range of applications.

·         Buttonhole tack. Buttonhole bartack Optional contraction clamp for buttonhole bartack (part-no. 513 590014): The automatic bartacker can be optionally equipped with a contraction clamp for bartacking buttonholes. When lowering the clamp, the clamp pairs press the buttonhole beads together. The buttonhole is thus perfectly closed after bartacking.
