Teflon Belt Reiniger (TB Reiniger) - Cleaning Agent for Teflon Belts of Fusing Presses

TB Reiniger is a highly effective cleaning agent specifically designed to clean Teflon belts of fusing presses from adhesive residue and other contaminants, as well as prevent adhesive from sticking to the cleaned belts. TB Reiniger is intended for use directly during equipment operation (in hot mode), ensuring fast and effective cleaning.

Operating Principle:

TB Reiniger is applied using a sprayer in an even layer onto the cleaning flag, typically in 10 cm stripes, perpendicular to the direction of the belt’s movement. Upon contact with the hot belt, the liquid activates, dissolving and removing contaminants. After cleaning with the flag, any solid adhesive residue, if present, must be removed manually using soft materials to avoid damaging the belt surface.

Application Recommendations:

Use the cleaning flag with the applied TB Cleaner fluid at every pause in work, as well as at the end of the workday (in operating mode).

After completing work and stopping the machine, remove the cleaning flag before the machine cools down.

Reapplication of the TB Cleaner fluid to the cleaning flag is required approximately every two days of operation. Too frequent application does not improve cleaning properties but can lead to contamination of the cleaning element in the press.

For heavy soiling, it is possible to apply the product directly to the tape.
